Feedback and complaints

TLScontact strives to provide an efficient and professional service to our customers.

If you desire to submit a feedback, a suggestion or a complaint about TLScontact services, you can do so by either filling a survey in our center, or through our call center, or by filling an online survey.

Furthermore, a final survey link will be sent to you by email after you submit your application at our center.

Your complaints are taken seriously. We will do our best to respond to you within three business days, providing either a substantive response to your message or informing you of when you can expect to receive a substantive reply.

Please note that TLScontact does not make any decisions related to your visa application. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the outcome of our response or you wish to complain about the outcome of your visa application or your interactions with an officer of the consular authority, submissions should be sent directly to the consular authority.
